Two figures ride up front and two more in the bed, though only the cow — Jake — comes in the box; the rest of the passengers are whoever is nearest. The ten pieces include pretend farm vegetables and the basket they travel in, which is what makes the truck a delivery vehicle rather than a toy car.

Jake is three inches, flocked, posable at head, arms and legs, in removable clothing. The working doors and turning steering wheel are the parts that get tested first and then never stop being used, and on Harvest Festival day the back of the truck is reliably full of children asking for a hayride.

The farm truck is the vehicle end of the line and the natural partner to the cow family, though it carries anyone. Vehicles here come with a figure and no household, because the animal families are sold individually — the truck is what moves them between the buildings. Its bed and cab are cut for three-inch poseable characters, the same scale that the furniture and accessories of every Honey Bee Acres playset follow.
