We do not post parcels

No box has ever left this address. Every set on these shelves is dispatched by the retail shop whose page the gather button opens, from its own warehouse, under its own delivery terms. Speed, cost, free-shipping thresholds and cut-off times are all set there, and all of them can change without this page knowing.

So the only delivery estimate worth reading is the one on the shop's own product page at the moment you buy. We deliberately do not copy it here — a stale promise about a parcel is worse than no promise at all.

Tracking and missed parcels

Tracking numbers, redelivery, a parcel left at the wrong door, a courier who never arrived: all of that sits with the shop and its carrier. Open the order in your account there and use its help flow. We have no order numbers and no way to look yours up.

Where we are, for the record

Our own address is below and on the post box page. It is an office with a kettle and two desks, not a depot — please do not send a toy to it.
