Returns, missing pieces and broken bits

Start at the shop, always

A return begins where the money went. Open the order on the retail shop's own site, find the item and use its returns or replacement flow. The shop holds the receipt, sets the window and pays the postage where it applies. We cannot start, approve or track any of it, and a letter to us only costs you a day.

Missing pieces are usually fixable

A fifty-nine-piece flower shop with fifty-eight pieces is a common and easily corrected problem. Count against the piece list on the card, photograph what came in the box, and raise it with the shop first — most will replace the set outright rather than hunt a single crate.

If the shop sends you to the manufacturer, say clearly which set and which piece. Every character in this line has a name, and naming it saves a round of letters.
