Write to the lane

Where to find us

One post box, read by the same two people who write the cards. If something on a shelf is wrong — a piece count, a figure name, a shelf a box clearly does not belong on — this is the fastest way to get it changed.

We answer in the order letters arrive, usually within two working days. We cannot look up an order, change a delivery address or process a return, because none of those pass through us; the shop that took your money handles all three.

Good reasons to write

A set is listed here but has left the line. A card contradicts the box. A page will not open on your phone. A figure is named wrongly. A shelf is missing something from the Acres that we have overlooked — those are the letters we like most.
