Both vehicles at once

Honey Bee Acres Farm Truck & School Bus

The ten-piece Buzzby Farm Truck boxed with the Sunshine School Bus and its lights and sounds — the whole of this lane's traffic in one carton.

One box from the Honey Bee Acres line of flocked animal family playsets.

What is in the box

Bundle	Buzzby Farm Truck (10 pieces) and Sunshine School Bus
Figures	2 flocked figures
Bus	13.25 in L, 8 seats plus driver, lights and sounds, batteries included
Truck	Seats 4, hinged doors, rotating tyres and steering wheel
Ages	3 and up

The truck handles the vegetables and the hayrides; the bus handles the school run with eight seats, a driver's seat and doors at both ends. Owning both is what turns a shelf of figures into a place where people go somewhere in the morning and come back in the afternoon.

Batteries for the bus are included, both sets of tyres and steering wheels turn, and both vehicles carry their own flocked figure, posable at head, arms and legs with clothing that comes off. Between them they seat a dozen characters.

This is a paired box rather than a new idea: the farm truck and the school bus, packed together. Honey Bee Acres normally sells its animal families and playsets individually, and the pairs exist for the moment when one present has to do the work of two — here that means both vehicles in the line, bought at once. Nothing inside is exclusive to the pair; each half is the same box sold on its own elsewhere in the line, with the same three-inch poseable figures, the same interchangeable clothing and furniture and accessories at the one scale this flocked animal toys world has kept for years.

Honey Bee Acres is made and distributed by Sunny Days Entertainment. It belongs to a tradition of flocked animal toys that reached collectors from Japan decades ago and has barely changed since: round ears, soft coats and furniture cut to fit. Boxes are sold individually, so the village grows one at a time, and every poseable three-inch character shares the clothing, furniture and accessories of the whole line — one scale this animal toys world has held to for years.
